The communal areas at our property complex near Nerja

The gardens are designed with mainly native plants that need little water to reduce environmental impacts. The communal areas comprise of: gardens, terraces and swimming pools. At the swimming pools you can also make use of the toilets and changing rooms.

From the covered parking garages there are 3 elevators that give access to the various floors. The entire complex is fenced, the gardens have illumination and there are pools for the adults as well as the children.

Around the pools you will find lawns where you can lie on your sun lounger enjoying the sun and the amazing views.

During the development of the building project the environment was kept in mind and certain ecological techniques were used. Most building materials and the equipment of the apartments (apparatus) are according to the ecological guidelines.
