Things you can do in Andalusia

1. Visit Nerja: One of the prettiest towns of Andalusia. Visit the famous balcony of Europe or the historical caves of Nerja, the beautiful remote beaches in Nerjas natural reserves,
2. Visit Torrox: Learn about Torrox´ history by visiting the roman ruins, walking through the narrow streets from the Arabic era or sunbath on one of Torrox´s beaches.
3. Visit Frigiliana: fantastic town with narrow streets full of colorful flowers, the magical "Barribarto", go shopping in Calle Real or hiking in the Sierra Almijara following one if its routes such as the el Pinarillo espeso, el Fuerte, Castillo del Lizar...
4. Go for wonderful walks in the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama nature reserves.
5. Andalusia is famous for its many golf courses. This is why the Costa del Sol is often called the Costa del GOLF. Enjoy the enormous amount of golf courses on offer for the experienced and the inexperienced golfer.
6. Go shopping for the day in one of the many shopping malls such as Centro Comercial Rincón de la Victoria, El Ingenio in Veléz Malaga, el Corte Inglés in Malaga and Mijas, la Cañada in Marbella ...
7. Take the Sun and Wine route in the Axarquía (La Ruta del Sol y del Vino)
8. Visit the cave houses in Guadix or Setenil
9. Visit one of the animal parks such as Selwo Adventure in Estepona, Selwo Marina in Benalmadena, the wolf park in Antequera or the crocodile park in Torremolinos.
10. In the summer months you can visit one of the many waterparks such as: AquaPark in Torremolinos or AquaLand in Mijas
11. Go skiing in Sierra Nevada. At just 180km from Malaga you will find one of Spain's larges Ski Resorts. Enjoy the sun and the good snow quality, in the Sierra Nevada there are skipistes for large and small.
12. For the antique lovers there are many flea markets where you can still find some antique artifacts and second hand goods for little money. Every Saturday in Fuengirola and Sunday in Torremolinos (depending on ferias and the weather)
13. Visit the Tabernas of Almería, the only desert in Europe where you will find many decors of western movies. In these theme parks you feel like you have walked into a western movie during their western shows.
14. Go to the horseshow in Jeréz de la Frontera, famous for its Andalusian horseshow, you can attend spectacles and visit the famous stables of the "Real Escuela de Jeréz".
15. Taste the Sherry and see how its brewed in one of the Sherry factories of Jeréz de la Frontera like the Tio Pepe factory.
16. A day at the beach on the Costa del Sol. From peaceful quiet beaches in remote areas to commercial beaches on lively boardwalks.
17. Visit the cities of Malaga, Sevilla, Córdoba, Granada, Cádiz, Ronda. Walk through their streets, eat traditional Andalusian tapas and visit one of the many historical monuments.
18. And of course: flamenco shows, tapa routes, bull fights, swimming in one of the lakes (El Chorro), kayaking, surfing etc.
