Consumer protection
In accordance with the established by Royal Decree 515/89 of 21st April,
it is expressly herein stated:
- First: that the PURCHASER shall not be liable for the
expenses arisen from the title of ownership which legally might correspond
to the VENDOR.
- Two: that article 1,280.1º of the Civil Code establishes
that: “All acts and contracts based on the creation, transmission
or extinction of property tax on real estate property must be included
in a public instrument" and article 1,279 of the same legal text
establishes that: "If the law requests the granting of a public title
deed or any other instrument to make effective the liabilities
arisen from a contract, both parties could mutually force each
other to fulfil that form since the moment of the intervention
of the consent and other requirements needed for its validity".
- Three: the right to choose a Notary Public corresponds to the PURCHASER,
not being entitled to choose a Notary Public whose place of residence makes
him/her have no reasonable connection with any of the personals or real
elements of the conveyance.
- Fourth: promotion under construction. All of the data
the PURCHASER wishes to know according to Royal Decree 515/89 of 21st April
and to Decree 218/2005, are available for the purchaser at the Calaceite
Residencial Sales Office.
