Right
...of the Consumer to a true, sufficient, updated and comprehensible
information on the sale’s features and on the property itself.
It will be done in a way that it may not lead to confusion or mistake
which could affect the consumer’s financial behaviour and shall
not skip basic information of such offer, promotion and publicity.

...of the Consumer to apply for the Documento Informativo Abreviado, "DIA" (Brief
Informative Document): The consumer is entitled to receive a copy
of the corresponding Brief Informative Document pertaining to the
apartment, together with the claims and complaints book.

...of the Consumer for the Promoter to comply with the delivery terms
as stated in the purchase-selling agreements.

...of the Consumer for the amounts handed over so far and the ones
to be paid in the future on account by the PURCHASER for the payment
of the property sold and until the delivery of keys, for such amounts
be deposited in a bank account expressly opened by the VENDOR to
this effect, and for such amounts to be guaranteed by means of Insurance
Contract or Bank Guaranty as established by Law 57/1968. The expenses
to be generated in this respect shall be borne by the VENDOR. The
amounts paid in this respect shall be clearly separated from any
other funds held by the VENDORS. With the issuing of the insurance
or bank guaranty the established in this respect by Law 57/1.968
of 27th July is fulfilled as well as the established by the First
Additional Resolution on Building dated 5th November 1999, as both
the Law and Resolution guaranty the compensation in case the VENDOR
fails to fulfil the purchase-selling agreement. The said insurance
of bank guaranty covers the refund of the amounts handed over on
account plus the legal interests currently in force up to the moment
the refund is made effective.

by article 8 of the Decree 218/2005.

...of the Consumer to be given a copy of the quality specifications.

...of the Consumer to receive the property free of burdens, liens and
encumbrances except the ones arisen from the own nature of the property
(for instance, easements in favour of the Community, and so on),
and from mortgages, except if the PURCHASER decides to take over.
