Masterplan

Perched 80 meters (240 feet) above the Mediterranean sea, on gently upwards sloping land CALACEITE with its 2.3 million sq. meters (aprox. 580 acres) is destined to become one of the best residential developments on the eastern coast of Málaga.

The CALACEITE land is owned 66% by Grupo El Fuerte( 1.5 million sq.meters – 380 acres), 24% by the Levell Group (560.000 m2 – 140 acres) and 10% by the Town Hall of the Torrox municipality (230.000m2 – 57 acres). This integrated approach and the background of the CALACEITE land owners will ensure that CALACEITE´s Master Plan is adhered to by all parties.

The different residential areas, the 18 hole golf course ( designed by Blake Stirling from Global Golf Company), the parks, the sport areas, the shopping and dining facilities foreseen in CALACEITE´s Master Plan* will no doubt satisfy all requirements clients may wish. Discerning residents will thus be thus be able to enjoy an outstanding life style.

CALACEITE´s land contours combined with its 2,000 meters (1.2 miles ) sea frontage will ensure exceptional sea views to all residential units. Further in the distance and bordering the Mediterrenean sea, the white villages of Torrox and Nerja and the foot hills of the Sierra Nevada crown the views.

An environmental management system will be implemented on the land owned by Grupo El Fuerte, during the development time frame of the CALACEITE project. Almost half of the land area (golf course included) owned by Grupo El Fuerte will be left as green areas.
