To look after you well being and to offer you peace of mind, El Fuerte Group will open the Service Center at the end of 2008 in the first phase of the Commercial Center. The Service Center will provide all the necessities you require for your new home.

During your first year guarantee, you will be provided with an emergency repair number available at all times, to deal with any emergency.

Rentals and re-sales

Our rental department will provide a complete rental management service, including cleaning, check in/check out control, maintenance and repairs. Additionally, property re-sales will be offered.

General maintenance

The Service Center will offer customized contracts for your specific needs.

From standard general maintenance to the detail of regular interior cleaning, plant maintenance, arrival service, key custody and laundry services, etc.

We will take care of every detail from wall hangings, cutlery and linens trhough to the final cleaning prior to moving in.

To ensure the upkeep of the communal areas, the Community Administration will be located on site.
