The Calaceite Service Centre belongs to the El Fuerte Group, which has more than 50 years of experience in the hotel sector. As the owner of an apartment at Vistamar, you can also benefit from our experience and enjoy the quality of our services that we offer in all of our hotels every day. The Service Centre has been designed to look after your every need and to provide the peace of mind that you deserve on your holidays. It provides all the services necessary to make you and your family feel at home when you stay at your new property - right from the first day.

The Service Centre gives you the chance to completely forget about your daily chores and to enjoy your home as much as possible.

Property rental

By taking part in our rental pool, you can receive a share of the income from the profits earned by all of the properties, regardless of whether your apartment is rented out or not. We also give you the chance to enjoy your property for 60 days per year.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Get the most out of your stays and let us take care of cleaning and maintaining your property. We leave your property spotless before your arrival; all you have to do is drop your bags and start your well-earned holidays. We also offer cleaning services during your stay so that nothing disturbs your peace and quiet and your can enjoy your relaxation as much as possible.

Utility connection management

We offer the opportunity for you to enjoy your property right from the first moment with just a signature. We manage the connection of all types of utilities and provide you with details of the cost according to each company's tariffs. We accompany installation workers whenever they need access to your apartment and we supervise the work that they carry out.

Holding of keys and mail

Our key holding service makes sure that you never get locked out of your home. Even when you are away, we can get into your apartment and deal with any incidents that may arise. Contracting our Mail Service means that your letter box will not fill up with junk mail while you are away, and any letters will be held at our reception.

Decoration and interior design

This is your chance to enjoy high quality and comfortable bespoke decoration, designed exclusively for your property by our team of decorators.

Take advantage of our installation and transport team, who will hand over a property that is right ready to move into.

Community administration

We put a highly qualified team of professionals at your disposal, who will take charge of the management and smooth operation of everything related to the community of property owners.
