La Carraca, el Peñoncillo, Mazagarrobo, Calaceite and Vílchez, complete a geography combining both long beaches and little coves. Torrox has all comforts without the overwhelming masification of other tourist destinations.
With blue flag and a sea promenade, this is a very popular semi-urban beach.
Black sand, intermediate texture sand, similar to other beaches in this
area, is 4,300 m long and has an average width of 20 m.

Rural beach, of average occupation, of black and thick gravel/sand. A two km long and approx. 35 m wide beach, this is one of the least visited beaches.
Rural beach, of medium occupation, with black and thick sand, is the one attracting more people from the promotion. With moderate waves, this is a small and charming 300 m long and 10 m wide beach.



Isolated rural beach, of medium occupation, its thick and black gravel/ sand provides one of the nicest sunrises and sunsets along the Malaga coast. Its moderate waves are tempting for swimming; it is far from towns and from the main road. 400 m long x 15 m wide.
Rural beach of medium occupation, with black thick sand/gravel and moderate waves is another one of the hidden pearls of this area of the Costa del Sol. With only 275 m long, its cold sea does not attract many swimmers, but the heat coming from its black sand will force you go swimming.
Isolated rural beach of medium occupation, with black sand/gravel and moderate waves, a beautiful beach in a protected area, with hardly no resorts around. This beach is only 400 m long and 15 m wide, of difficult access, making it a very special cove. One more recommendation of a place to visit.
Quiet beach far from the madding crowd, with black sand of volcanic origin. It is one of the longest in the area, 1,800 m long and 30 m wide, moderate waves, all this inviting you to visit it.
Town beach with a large number of services and possibilities of practising water sports. Its beautiful views and small width make this little cove a meeting point. With thick sand/gravel and strong waves, a perfect combination for water sports.
Town beach, located right below the Balcón de Europa on the West side, this U shaped cove is very well equipped with restaurants and a very unique stone paved sea promenade. This beach is ideal for amateur anglers thanks to the rocks. Not too deep, just 115 m and its sand of volcanic origin makes this beach the ideal place to rest during the day without missing any bit of the town.
