Golf Baviera has been designed by José María Cañizares, the prestigious professional golf player. Cañizares is one of most international and charismatic Spanish golf players whose service record counts on with 5 European circuit tournaments and 2 world championships, as well as several entries in the Ryder Cup.

Located 12 Km from Málaga, within the municipal district of Rincón de la Victoria, the course was designed on an uneven plot of land which involved a significant earth moment which in no case exceeded five per cent. The course was designed by Mr. José Maria Cañizares and at present its President is Mr. Vicente Marín López. The golf course Director is Mr. Francisco Álvarez who is assisted by the professional Mr. José A. Gómez.
Its five lakes, two of them of big dimensions, as well as its large greens which have several platforms, offer many possibilities for the change of flag.
The course has 18 holes and a round of 5,735 m; from the professional tees the course could be defined as a parkland golf course.
Among its most difficult holes it is worth mentioning Nos. 3 & 7; the first one a par 5 of 528 m offering superb sea views from the tee.
Buggies, golf trolleys and clubs are for rental. There is a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Founded in 1988, at 6,194m the Guadalhorce Golf Club has a long course.
As well as golf, clients can enjoy a great variety of additional facilities such as padel, tennis, basketball, sauna and a kindergarten, along with the Restaurante Doña Francisquita, located in the Casa Club, with menus at all prices. It also has a practice course with three particularly difficult holes. Professional players of the standing of M. Ángel Jiménez and Carlos Rodiles can be seen here, as they officially train at the club.
There’s a snack bar next to the ninth hole, so you can take a break and enjoy the traditional Tapas and bocadillos. This is open all day.
The sixth hole is among the most difficult; although it’s easy to get to in two shots, it has some steep slopes.

Founded in 1925, this is the oldest golf course in Andalusia, and has been increased from 9 holes to 18. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, on the seashore, and only 10 minutes from Malaga International Airport.
