The first apartments of the initial phase, Vistamar, were handed over last May.
The Wrights family welcomed us into their new home and told us a bit about their experience.
Who are the members of the Wrights family?
Malcolm and Debbie are owners of an apartment at Calaceite. They are a married couple from North Devon, England, who wanted to enjoy the marvellous climate in Torrox as much as possible.
Why Calaceite Residencial?
We first came here with a Travel Agent who showed us Torrox and Nerja. We just loved the climate, the sea, its location...
Calaceite Residencial is very well connected, just 30 minutes away from Malaga airport along the motorway.
We just fell in love with this little corner of Andalusia.
What convinced you to buy an apartment?
Sun everyday! And drinking Martini in the evening on a terrace overlooking the sea.
Torrox has the best climate in Europe, with mild temperatures both in winter and summer.
What type of apartment did you buy?
We chose an attic. We wanted an apartment with a large terrace, where we could spend plenty of time with our friends in the fresh air with magnificent views.
Calaceite Residencial is located right on the beachfront between Torrox and Nerja.
Is this your primary residence
or a holiday property?
A holiday property. We want to spend around 7 or 8 months here per year.
While they are away, we can organise renting their apartment to others.
